Manage webhooks in the dashboard
Webhook management is built directly into the Dots Dashboard. Admins can create, view, and manage webhook endpoints without leaving the product.
Accessing the webhooks portal
Webhook settings are located in the API Management section of the dashboard:
Go to Advanced → API Management
Click the Webhooks tab
The webhooks portal loads inside Dots as an embedded interface. You'll see a loading indicator while the portal initializes.
If the portal fails to load, you'll see an error message. Try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, check your network connection and contact Dots support.
Who can manage webhooks
Only Admin role users can access the webhooks portal. Non-admin users will see an access-restricted message and should contact their organization admin for webhook configuration changes.
For more information on roles and permissions, see Team Roles and Dashboard Access.
What you can do in the webhooks portal
The embedded webhooks portal provides tools for managing webhook endpoints that receive real-time event notifications from Dots. This is useful for building integrations that respond to payout status changes, user events, and other platform activities.
