Creating Your Dots Account

This guide walks you through creating your Dots developer account and logging in to the dashboard for the first time.

Creating Your Account

1. Visit https://app.dots.dev/signup

2. Enter your business email address

3. Create a password that meets these requirements:

   • Minimum 8 characters

   • At least one number

   • At least one special character

   • At least one letter

4. Confirm your password

5. Complete the reCAPTCHA verification

6. Click Sign Up

You can also sign up using Google Login if you prefer.

After signing up, you'll be prompted to enter your first and last name, then redirected to your dashboard.

Logging In

To access your account after initial setup:

1. Go to https://app.dots.dev/login

2. Enter your email and password

3. If you've enabled two-factor authentication, enter your 6-digit OTP code

4. Click Log In

Next Steps

Once logged in, you'll want to:

• Create your Organization and your first App. These names will be visible to your users but can be edited at any time.

• Toggle to Sandbox mode to test with sample data

• For production access, complete the business verification flow. See Complete business verification for your workspace for step-by-step instructions.

• Request production access when you're ready to go live

• Connect your bank account for live transfers
